Home Modifications

In addition to overseeing the maintenance of existing facilities the ORD is prepared to the design, plan and install guest accommodations, gaze beaus, tennis courts, swimming pools, fencing, stables and indoor riding facilities. The Old Red Dog can also draw up plans, contract architects and deal with local zoning and historic regulations concerning modifications, renovations, additions and restorations. We can directly undertake or outsource many routine repainting and seasonal freshening for you house, outbuildings, fences and other property features.

Special Requirements

We can provide for catering services, special events and the simple but essential tasks of arrival preparation. Advise us concerning your scheduled imminent arrival and we can arrange everything from setting the house up for the season or a weekend, or stock the refrigerator and arrange for the delivery of take-out. If we cannot provide the services ourselves we can arrange that your needs are met by a local provider in an efficient and timely manner

Account Services

As with such ongoing accounts at Amazon, for your convenience, Old Red Dog, LLC provides credit card billing. Once you have established an account with Old Red Dog, LLC we will automatically bill you periodically for contracted services. In the event of all special needs we will contact you for specific authorization prior to acting, as confirmed by e-mail, and then bill the approved services to your credit card account. Our direct billing service enables us to offer the best service, pass along our reduced back office expenses and provide you with a timely and clear paper trail for all transactions.

Animal Maintenance

When you must travel without your companion animals the ORD can monitor and care for in your pets in their familiar home environment during your absence. There is no need to traumatize cherished companion animals by leaving them in strange facilities or noisy kennels with the possibility of contagious run mates; in the case of older or ailing animal with special needs can often provide home-sitting for your pets in coordination with your tending veterinarian. The Old Red Dog is also ready to provide oversight for turned out animals and short term oversight and daily maintenance for stabled horses.
